1. Introduction
Important ICT indicators that have been introduced by competent international institutions, and countries have been measured, evaluated and ranked based on the mentioned indicators, and the position of Iran in each of the indicators has been determined. The country's strengths and weaknesses have been analyzed, and corrective measures are proposed for them. Each of these composite indicators contains indicators that are directly or indirectly related to programs for the development of information and communication technologies and the digital economy. It is necessary to use the relevant and up-to-date indicators and indicators presented by international institutions and authorities in order to help target setting and monitor the implementation of long-term and one-year programs.
Among these reports are the evaluation of Iran's situation in the electronic government index, cyber security indicators, and network readiness index.
