Statistics and reports on the Country’s ICT Field

1. Introduction
Important ICT indicators that have been introduced by competent international institutions, and countries have been measured, evaluated and ranked based on the mentioned indicators, and the position of Iran in each of the indicators has been determined. The country's strengths and weaknesses have been analyzed, and corrective measures are proposed for them. Each of these composite indicators contains indicators that are directly or indirectly related to programs for the development of information and communication technologies and the digital economy. It is necessary to use the relevant and up-to-date indicators and indicators presented by international institutions and authorities in order to help target setting and monitor the implementation of long-term and one-year programs.
Among these reports are the evaluation of Iran's situation in the electronic government index, cyber security indicators, and network readiness index. International reports are published on an annual and some on a biennial basis, and analytical reports examining the situation in Iran are extracted from these reports and updated on an annual or biennial basis.
2. Objective
The purpose of the service level agreement is to agree on the quality of the international reports and reviews of Iran's status among the countries of the world prepared by the ICT Ministry.
3. Responsibility
The responsibility for the authenticity of the information contained in the report prepared by the Economic Review Office based on the original source of the report rests with the Economic Review Office, but this office is not responsible for the statistics and information contained in the international report. It is the responsibility of the organization sending the information.
Since the international reports contain mixed indicators and some of the indicators are extra-sectoral and are produced by other organizations, the authenticity of these indicators does not rest with the Economic Review Office.
The Economic Review Office will not be responsible for the non-distribution of original reports (source) or changes in the nature of the content of the reports.
4. Obligations of mutual service receiver and executive device
Any use or publication of the report will be done with reference to its source.
The ICT Ministry is obliged to update the original report on the portal of the Ministry within one month after the publication of the analysis of the reports extracted by the relevant international units.
If the reports have not been prepared and distributed by the Economic Review Office for various reasons, it will be notified on the respective Ministry's portal.
5. Costs and payments
The above-mentioned service is not included in the costs and is not payable.
6. Performance Period
This agreement will be valid until the next version is published and uploaded.
7. Termination of agreement
If the report is not published by the relevant international authorities, the analytical report will not be updated
