Deputy Communication & Planning

Duties

1.    Studying, preparing and codifying the strategies, policies and long, mid and short term plans as well as qualitative and quantitative goals for different communication units and national space affairs in cooperation with the related organizations,
2.    Regulating and collating the articles and footnotes suggested to ICT and space affairs and communication regulatory for national five-year development planning and foreseeing the required schedules, plans and financial resources,
3.    Regulating and collating the technical and financial studies,
4.    Regulating and collating the national and provincial strategic documents for developing ICT and space affairs in cooperation with the related deputies and organizations,
5.    Gathering and collating liberation and privatization planning of ICT and space affairs in cooperation with the related organizations,
6.    Recognizing, gathering the required statistics and information and analyzing them,
7.    Preparing and codifying the economic patterns and indicators as well as developing, and consuming standards then materializing them,
8.    Studying and codifying the demand and supply system of Post &Telecommunication basic services,
9.    Inspecting on the correct enforcement of law and regulations and conducting the standards in national Post &Telecommunication network,
10.     Inspecting on execution of the schedules and huge plans of national Post &Telecommunication,
11.    Preparing and codifying the specific indicators of turnover evaluation of Post &Telecommunication units,
12.    Collating the annual plans (budget) in the field of Post &Telecommunication activities in cooperation with the related deputies and organizations,
13.    Studying and opining about articles 11 and 12 in the law of duties and responsibilities of the ministry of ICT and the first footnote of article 14 in the law of the statute of stock provincial telecommunication companies and providing required reports to the related authorities,
14.    Inspecting the implementation of referred affairs to the under-supervision units in a good manner as well as preparing a required coordination and facilities and also defining a suitable policy for them.
