Process Description: During this process, rural areas (lacking/enjoying communications development) are identified and the subject of launching communication coverage is developed by compiling a description of the required services in the form of an outsourcing project.

The service of launching, developing and maintaining the infrastructure for providing electronic services in deprived and rural areas
We would like to bring it to the attention of all stakeholders, applicants and interested parties that the ICT Ministry welcomes participation in this service as follows:
* The report on monitoring the established services will be permanently available to the public in terms of continuity and quality through the relevant portal.
* Suggestions and comments from service recipients regarding the form of service delivery or content will be received through the 195 Call Center and transferred to the relevant operators within a maximum of one week, and the results will be followed up and reflected.
* The actions taken regarding the accepted proposals will be notified to the proposers as soon as they are completed, in an appropriate manner. They will also be available on the relevant portal.
