Dr. Morteza Barari, the Head of Communication and Information Technology Research Institute and the secretary of National Code Committee in an interview with news unit of ICT Ministry’s Public Relations Department said that: this plan has approved with the protection of several ministries such as Communication and Information Technology, Industry, Science, Economy, President’s Science and Technology Deputy and Central Bank which has presented to High Council of Science, Research and Technology. Accordingly for implementing this plan, we cooperate with all universities and use maximum abilities of scientific and research centers, industries and knowledge based companies. The Secretary of National Code Committee with pointing to the importance of implementing this plan, asserted that: the plan has approved with considering all threats against Iran fundamental infrastructures and also the importance of improving security of virtual environment in developing electronic government and creating national information network in all areas of knowledge, technology, production and their functions. He mentioned that this plan has arranged for Iran civilians and emphasized: the main goal of executing this plan is associating technologic activities in this zone based on national macrostrategies. Morteza Barari pointed the issues considered in this plan and said: increasing manpower, developing universities, scientific societies, research centers and knowledge based companies and also expanding specialized contexts are such item highly considered in this plan. For this, improving Code Zone technology and knowledge infrastructures, concentration on employing related experts in the maximum level and developing skills of code analyzing experts are such strategies of this national plan, he continued. Also maximum use of Iranian achievements on coding for developing electronic government and national information network services and functioning and also making code using easier in variety of transaction and common functions, Barari mentioned.
