Engineer Ali Hakim Javadi, ICT minister deputy and the head of Iran Information Technology Organization in Iran 30th Meeting of Secretariat Managers of Administrative Systems said that: collecting data and making relation between different complexes are such duties which implemented by secretariats. Nowadays, collecting and transferring data according to regulations are considered as the most important concerns in all organizations around the world which can be resolved with make use of information technology, he added. The shape and structure of all organizations is changing now as the result of make use of IT, he asserted. In the future, the organization act different from now and all countries should maximize the use of ICT in their systems. Hakim Javadi with pointing the network system in all organization said that: by his method, they are able to gather information and process them and through this data analyzing and evaluating got possible. He believed that our country population and geography are vast and emphasized that serving villagers their necessary services with using IT leads to reducing number of their unnecessary trips to the cities. The head of Iran Information Technology Organization said about the development made in ICT ministry: now, there are 7 strategic sections defined in ICT zone which accordingly, 29 strategies and 133 developments have been performed and as a result we can have a knowledge based country. After the 5th Development Plan law approval, 14 criterions are defined as the main ICT zone criterions and making Electronic readiness is one of them, he continued. For realizing the predicted goals of this criterion, the related network and content such as electronic services should get ready for both users and clerks, Javadi added. Today, there are 1800 electronic services identified and presented around the country which the list and information are available in www.Iran.ir website. According to the available capacities in Iran, more than 2,500 electronic services must get ready and present to Iranian people which result on minimum going of people to governmental organizations for using services, he asserted. Iran Information Technology Organization head said that the related infrastructures are made in 3 sections and asserted that communication infrastructures, software infrastructures such as search engine, operating system and local email and transferring hostages inside Iran are some of these infrastructures. All executive organizations and complexes are obliged to step forward to network based and service based intelligent network and with using ICT equipments the fruition of them reach the maximum level, he said.
