ICT Ministry P.R Dept. - Mehdi Ghiyasi, the ICT minister’s counselor and the the secretary of conducting committee of VAFA Plan said that: for this, series of lateral meetings will hold for preparing and civilizing to implement this plan and all interested persons especially young ones can participate in. He continued that this plan concentrates on the importance of learning young people strategic management and also deputizing matter, according to the goals of learner organizations, he continued. The counselor of Information Technology and Communication minister stated that, nowadays with considering large and quick changes in the whole universe, actually today and future young managers must act in a framework of a learner organization which learn powerfully and in a group and change himself constantly and collect, manage and use the information in a better way with the goal of his organization success. Ghiyasi with emphasizing the managers’ innovation and creativity, added: they must learn and increase their level of knowledge constantly and this important goal is approachable only if all interested people believe and make efforts for growth and learning more. He has asked all interested people to participate in related meeting or being in connection with Administrative Renovation and Evolution Center for more information. It is necessary to mention that the 1st meeting will hold on Monday 20 Nov. 2011 in Alqadir Hall which located in ICT ministry.
