Dr. Barari, the head of ITCR Institute in an interview with public Relation Department of ICT Ministry said: for this aim we are trying to provide the background for using the maximum Iranian talents and capacities to supply the needs. Also good cooperation between the institute and some governmental sections and private sectors has been made to provide what are needed in Information Technology and Communications market, he added. As the next move, we have called the universities and knowledge based companies to present their new technologies to us to implement the required developments. After gathering the operated technologies, with the access of the ministry to the needs, the related commercializing will be done, the head of Technology and Communications Research Institute asserted. The Ministry of Information Technology and Communication will support the projects which can reach the services presentation level, according the programs made and the policies defined for this section. Dr. Barari called Iranian ideas owners and talents as the main community funds and said: the institute tries the best to make the relation between these funds and service applicants. He emphasized that ICT and its electronic and communication services development which considered as of the institute major plans have been created according to development of the various substructures. We hope that we can close the gap made and expand the services with the help of universities, Science and Technology Parks and knowledge-based companies simultaneously, he added.
