As Public Relations of ICT ministry reported, Dr. Reza Taghipour in forenamed meeting stated that our country’s Bandwidth is provided through the route that passes Suez channel.
He added that before today we have facing with some connections’ failures or disconnections through this rout.
With signing this contract between different countries, communications start from Oman and in the rout, after passing Iran and Russia, finally end in Frankfurt, Europe, Dr. Taghipour asserted.
He continued: by working the mentioned project, we have high secured connection rout beside the other active ones. The minister of ICT told about the result of this project and said: providing essential band-width is the privilege of this project to Iran, Russia and other countries located in this rout. There is no limitation for this section and this connection has privilege for the neighbor countries, specifically for the countries which are located in the connection’s rout, he declared.
Dr. Taghpour continued: before this, there was only 1 transferring rout - through Suez Channel - and this new rout result in costs reducing, security provision and permanent connection.
Betoken from this report, minister of Telecommunication and Mass Media with pointing that communications should grow always, said that now there are so many projects in E-government and economical departments that need high speed and secured connections.
The connection take place in the important part of the world that has important and safe economical interests in result, he added. He asserted this quadripartite document is an important document for data senders, the beneficiaries and especially Iran.
