PR of the Ministry of ICT – Dr. Reza Taghipour, Minister of ICT in the farewell and introducing ceremonies for CEOs of Post and Post bank Companies said:" Post bank public company has been presented in 10,000 of ICT rural offices considering its statute capacity and provided their needed services".
"It was difficult to pay justice shares as well as subsidies payments in the targeted subsidies plan if Post bank public company wouldn't be in the villages with the existing structures", he added.
He noted that Post Bank could execute "Giving Services" as the main slogan of the government.
Minister of ICT emphasized: "Different countries demanded to know Iran experiences in this area that how they can create the rural banking services in the limited time".
He continued: "Therefore, it has been coordinated with the government to use the capacities for performing the tasks of the ministry of ICT in the fifth development plan".
Dr. Reza Taghipour stating that Post and Post bank must be together to give services to the people especially during the great economic development and said: "A huge program has been provided to boost service in the remote areas and realize the reverse migration to the villages by the government".
He emphasized: "Ministry of ICT is a part that can move its services to different parts and from a common place to everywhere that people want to receive them by creating the needed infrastructures".
Minister of ICT appreciated Dr. Afzali and said:" Dr. Afzali has performed his duties well during his five-year period of management so, considering that the period of his responsibility was finished, Dr. Mohammad Hassan Mohebian will execute the defined duties".
He expressed that Ministry of ICT is one of the pioneers in implementing Article 44 of constitution in the country and emphasized: "of course, privatization will be continued in Post and Post Bank".
He added: "Ministry of ICT should adopt the proper policies to follow up the missions as well as possible and doesn't create a pause during the time".
"So, forming Post public company and separating the administrative and supervising tasks are being done and also the first operator license of Post Co. has been issued in order to form the duties of this area", Dr. Reza Taghipour continued.
He emphasized: "the preparation process is being done with law enforcement in order to implement the fifth program as well as do it safely".
According to the report, the ceremony has been held with the presence of large numbers of managers and employees of Post bank and Post companies so Dr. Mohammad Hassan Mohebian Araghi appointed as Chairman of the board and CEO of Post bank public Company and Krbasiyan as the chairman of the board and CEO of Post Company and also appreciated Dr. Afzali efforts.
