The ICT Ministry’s Public Relation reports that Mr. Miao Wei, the Chinese Minister of Industry and Information Technology, stating in his meeting with Dr. Vaezi, the Iranian Communication Minister, that: “I benefited from the opportunity of the Presidential meeting, and after today’s session, I came to believe in the progressive and ongoing course of the ICT sector in Iran.”
Miao emphasized on extensive and widespread cooperation with Iran in the field of ICT, adding that: “We welcome the presence of Iranian companies in China.”
Referring to the rich history and ancient civilization of the two countries, he included that: “The exchange of various cooperation documents between the two countries in different fields such as ICT and Space Technologies shall result in expanding bilateral relations.”
The Chinese Minister of Industry and Information Technology described that his country has met a positive growth in regard to ICT sector, and further elaborated that: “China kept its close relations to Iran, even throughout the sanctions period, and now with the removal of this obstacle, a new cooperation and development environment will be created for many fresh companies.”
He emphasized on supporting the presence of Chinese companies in Iran and included: “The Chinese market is always open for Iran.”
