The 4th Mobile Operator establishes Fiber-optic Network

Iran’s Fourth Mobile Operator will increase available facilities in accessing layer through creating the necessary infrastructures in the whole country.

As Information and Public Relation of ICT Ministry reported, Ali Hakim Javadi, the minister’s deputy and the head of the IT Organization, said this in the agreement signing ceremony between the 4th Operator and Aras Free Zone, stated that: Iranian Net Company which owns the 4th operator’s license will provide appropriate bandwidth for this region’s residence; they can enjoy different services in of Communication and Information Technology . Deputy of ICT Ministry asserted: a high performance network beside high quality services’ presenters and local data centers paves the way for giving variety of services based on modern technologies; then producing the network’s appropriate contents is necessary. In this ceremony, Mohammad Ali Rahman Doust, the CEO of Iranian Net Company, said that: with considering the cooperation between this company and Aras Free Zone, the first operational phase will be launched. According to this agreement, the optical Fiber Access Network is obliged to present service to more than 8 million users during the next 8 years in broadband platform. He added: Fiber-Optic Connecting Network Service will be available for 400 Thousand users up to the next August too, this report includes. Rahman Doust asserted that: we will have the same project in other 7 cities including: Mashad, Tehran, Shiraz, Karaj, Qom, Isfahan and Tabriz in the near future.
