Iran acts as a pivot of coordination between Asian Productivity Organization member countries

The International Specialized Educational Workshop of “ICT Influence on Service Section Productivity“ was held in Tehran with the attendance of Iranian and foreign professors and experts in which the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Member Countries have made a good coordination.

Dr. Hasan Malek, ICT Ministry’s General Director of Economic Investigation Office in an interview with news unit of Public Relations Department, said that: in this educational workshop, some new items have presented by the professors in different sections such as Hygiene and Medical Services, Nutrition and Food Supplements, Education, the effects of ICT on Economic Development and blossoming and avoiding villagers migration to the cities. He with pointing to the topics discussed in this 3-day workshop, asserted that ICT zone policy making and its development planning, acquaintance with services modern and the newest ICT technologies, Saving Techniques, Refreshing, Modifying, Digital Data Transferring and getting familiar with ICT Influence on Services Section Productivity are such topics discussed in this workshop. Malek mentioned that in this workshop beside the presence of APO Organization representative, we have 18 participants such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Kamboj, Philippines, Fiji, Laos and also 6 from Iran. Also 3 foreign professors from South Korea and Taiwan, 1 Iranian professor and 10 supervisors from different organizations, foundations and research centers were present in this 3-day workshop. ICT Ministry’s General Director of Economic Investigation Office stated that considering the presented topics in this workshop, we have accomplished our predefined goals including productivity improvement with the goal of member all-out coordination for knowledge and information sharing in order to have more economical development.
