Minister of ICT: Iran will share it's experiences with Afghanistan
Iran is ready to share its experiences with Afghanistan in order to achieve more development in that country
PR of the Ministry of ICT- Dr. Reza Taghipour in a meeting with his Afghan counterpart said:" Iran can be a bridge between East and West, North and South and pass the traffic between different parts in the world through these routs because of its special position".

He pointed to other aspects of cooperation between two countries and added:" Iran is prepared to share the experiences in other areas such as telecommunication advanced industry and huge software system".

Dr. Reza Taghipour mentioned to the current cooperation between two countries such as postal cooperation, telecommunication training center, providing and supporting the operators, providing part of bandwidth for Afghanistan as well as providing the needed fiber optic for telecommunication.

He pointed to the importance of security in cyber space and said:" absence of security and independence in ICT area can endanger the national security and Iran is ready to cooperate with Afghanistan in this regard by considering its experiences".

According to the report Amir Zi Sangin, Minster of Communication in Afghanistan emphasized: "Afghanistan was at war for a long time and is going to reconstruct, so we appreciated Iranian people and government for cooperation in this area".

He pointed to Iran as a developed country in ICT area and continued:"creating telecommunication training center in Afghanistan is a great work that has been done and good steps has been taken for training the experts".

He pointed to the joint projects conducted with Shahid Ghandi cable company cooperation and we expect it will be continued.
