Dr. Reza Taghipour reported about the effort for e- services development and promotion in the ministry of ICT
It has been scheduled to implement e-government goals as well as e-services development and promotion and it will be achieved more and more every day.

PR of the Ministry of ICT- Dr. Reza Taghipour, in a ceremony for signing a cooperation charter between the ministry of ICT and Iran Chamber of Commerce said:' some good steps have been taken in the field of business, banking and economy".
"We insisted that the customs and tax should be done electronically in the country, of course some good steps has been taken during the past three years but we hope to be conducted by the end of the fifth development plan", he added.
Dr. Reza Taghipour pointed to the measures taken in order to create the national scientific network and emphasized:" the required steps have been taken now and we believe that the bandwidth is considered as the basis infrastructure and essential subject".
"There was no united management on the bandwidth before, but we hope that the needed bandwidth will be provided for business and industry by launching this network", he said.
Minister of ICT pointed to the concerns in the security domain and said that we believe it is important but at least 20 to 30 IT companies has been launched in the country in the security domain during the past two years.
"Security is one of the most important discussions in this area and despite the attentions, we have faced some minor injuries, but now, there is good progress in this area and we hope this problem will be resolved by launching the national information network", he continued.
Dr. Reza Taghipour said that we had good potential and resource in the field of software and security but we were not successful in the field of hardware and advanced equipment production.

According to this report, a cooperation charter between the ministry of ICT and Iran Chamber of Commerce has been signed by Dr. Reza Taghipour and Dr. Nahavandian at the end of the ceremony.
