ICT position will be developed in the province by the schedule and cooperation of all sectors in ICT area.
PR of the Ministry of ICT- Ghadiripour, General Director of Khuzestan ICT Office said:" coordinating and monitoring the activities in ICT area is the aims of the office".
"Services quality improvement is the main goals of creating this office in the province", he added.
He pointed to the plans to achieve the expected goals and said that the necessary measures has been taken.
Ghadiripour said that people satisfaction is a principle and continued:"Therefore, the necessary measures have been taken to control the services providing by the license owners to the applicants".
"Monitoring the performance of operators, that are under the sovereignty supervision, by the organizations use them is another program developed in this area", he continued.
General Director of Khuzestan ICT Office pointed to the monitoring methods developed in order to achieve the defined goals and said:"the providing services process will be managed online and technically in order to be in CRA license framework".
"The quality of services will be investigated by the authorities in order to be agreed with the defined indicators ", he continued.
"On the other hand, creating the investigator section for public complaints at the website in order to investigate the complaints received from the subscribers and follow the procedures is the other program defined in this area", he emphasized.
