ICT development should be based on the principles that governments and people believe them, but unfortunately it has been exploited incorrect now.
PR of the Ministry of ICT – Dr. Mahdi Akhvan Behabadi, Deputy of Minister in technology and international affairs in a joint session of Minister of ICT with the ambassadors from 46 countries during a speech pointed that the Ministry of ICT is a Technical and professional ministry and said: "ICT is a professional subject and it's development depends on the countries' cooperation".
He emphasized the importance of promoting the scientific level and utilization of ICT in the life and continued: "It is an obvious thing that if different nations be informed of knowledge and information completely, they will be safe".
