Statute draft of “Reforming Public Site Hosting into the country” has been prepared and sent to the authority to approve.
PR of the Ministry of ICT – Saeid Mahdioun, CEO of ITC, said: “Some of the organizations produce and consume themselves services into the country and they have no need to foreign hosting”.
“Regarding to the statute, it has been determined how should be the condition of public sites and what would be the required necessities for transferring them to domestic hosting”, he added.
CEO of ITC restated: “On the other hand the required tools have been prepared by this company due to review the contact situation of these organizations”.
He pointed that according to the mentioned statute the achievement report of transferring “public sites hosting” from foreign to domestic will be perused in the cabinet every three months and the necessary decisions will be made in this area.
CEO of ITC referred to the obligation of foreign hosting for some of public and governmental sites because of their activity and said: “But these sites must have also a supportive site which host domestically”.
He emphasized: “Implementing the plan of Reforming Public Site Hosting domestically can help to better implementation of article 23 of Informatics Criminal Codes”.
