According to the realized evaluation, Tehran Province has allocated the first grade to itself in IT functional indicators of forth Development Plan.
PR of the Ministry of ICT – Isfahan, Yazd, Khorasan Razavi, and Hormozgan could allocate respectively second till fifth grade in this area.
According to the realized evaluation also Hormozgan Province gained the first grade in the field of Provincial Telecommunication Companies with 64.94 score in IT indicators of forth Development Plan.
Isfahan, Yazd, Tehran and Golestan could allocate respectively second till fifth grade in this area.
Regarding to this report, some of IT goals which have been determined in forth Development Plan are materialized more than 100 percent.
Therefore Internet capacity in the country has materialized 166 percent and reached more than 42Gbps.
Penetration rate of Internet users with more than 116 percent of materialization is 35 percent.
Now more than 64 percent of villages with up to 100 populations are connected to Information Networks so this indicator has gained 128 percent of materialization in comparison with forth Development Plan’s goals.
Materializing 162 percent of supply and demand of IT services in urban ICT offices and about 100 percent in rural ICT offices are the other consequences in this area.
Regarding to the determined goals of forth Development Plan the average waiting time of receiving ADSL determined two weeks and now it has materialized perfectly by the executed efforts.
