Deputy of legal and parliamentary affairs: People’s requests changed in provincial tours
People’s requests have been changed in the third round of the cabinet’s provincial tour.
PR of the Ministry of ICT – Mohammad Khajeh Pour, deputy of legal and parliamentary affairs, said: "Earlier, people’s requests, notably in the villages, were about accessing to the communication and telecommunication facilities. Now telecom facilities have been offered to the cities and villages by their requests and macro-programming accomplished by the authorities of ministry of ICT as well as its experts’ efforts”.
Expressing about the residency situation of the experts and scientific forces he continued that in many of the areas such as villages, the applicants apply to have ADSL broadband Internet to connect to global network by fiber optic.
Deputy of legal and parliamentary affairs added: “Scientific and academic forces who live in these areas have applied to have ADSL for their industrial-scientific activities”.
Mohammad Khajeh Pour referred to the cabinet’s tour to Hormozgan Province and restated: “The most deprived villages at the early of the revolution profit communication facilities and home phone currently”.
He emphasized that in this tour 25 rural representatives applied to have fiber optic and ADSL to solve their daily works”.
Deputy of legal and parliamentary affairs continued: “A part of the predicted credits of 89’s budget was earmarked to offer telecom services in the less developed areas and we hope to do by the parliament’s kindness”.
