According to the telecommunication authorities decision its codifying a program to improve network's quality for satisfying the customers.
PR of Ministry of ICT - Saber Feizi CEO of TCI said:" Therefore some expert groups are appointed to study the existing conditions now".
"Telecommunication owners are following the networks quality improvement seriously to increase the subscriber's satisfaction more than before", he added.
He pointed:" According to the schedules the national networks quality improvement will be final and announced after June ".
Saber Feizi said this project includes mobile and fixed phone as well as data network's improvement and emphasized: "A specific schedule will be codified in order to achieve the global standards in the quality and services".
"So it has been supposed to study mobile, fixed phone and data networks technically and identify the blind spots to remove them", he continued.
CEO of TCI said: "On the other hand it will be replied the subscribers in order to receive the common problems and remove them by the expert teams as soon as possible".
