CEO of TCT: Promoting tendency to fixed phone in Tehran
Tehran's people' tendency to buy fixed phone bill notes has been promoted during the first 11 months in this year.

PR of Ministry of ICT – Roohollahi in a news meeting with media groups said: "One thousand and 400 fixed phone bill notes have been given to the applicants daily from the beginning of the current year till the end of February".
"Therefore the total sold bill notes to the applicants are about 470 thousands that has had a 100 thousand number growth in compare with the same time in last year", he added.
CEO of TCI referred that the remained not established fixed phones are 7 thousand lines this year so the major applications for fixed phone has been done by the authorities' efforts.
He announced that the fixed telephone numbers are about six million and 440 thousand numbers and pointed:" The fixed phone penetration has been reached to 7/44 percent in Tehran province currently, with a percent increase from last year".
Mohammad Roohollahi restated about the value-added services in TCT and said:" We will try to provide these services on the IP network bed seriously next year".
"So it has been contracted with TAKTA Co. as the representative of IRIB to offer and distribute different types of video services to the people through the available bed and providing the necessary content by IRIB", he added.
He emphasized:" It is offered the value-added services to the people in the intelligent networks bed currently and these services development will be TCT's schedule for next year".
CEO of TCT pointed that SMS service has been provided to the applicants from fixed to fixed phone currently and said also the required equipments for launching SMS service from fixed phone to mobile have been purchased and we hope to exploit it after installation.
He referred to the high speed internet offering by Telecommunication Co. and restated:" Launching and exploiting of 650 thousand high speed ports will be the other telecom programs in this field for next year".
