Till the end of the fifth national development program 100% of services between organizations should be done electronically according to the government proposed program to the parliament.
PR of the Ministry of ICT –Reza Taghipour in the opening ceremony of Iran Computer Association fifteenth meeting said:" One of the main axis considered in the fifth program Bill is to create e-government".
"Therefore it has been predicted to offer 70% of the governmental services to the people electronically in addition of doing all services between the organizations till the end of the program", he added.
He referred to the health and welfare area as the other subject has been attended by determiners and restated:" It has been predicted that e-healthy card will be offered to about 100% of people ".
Reza Taghipour announced IT as the main solution for problems such as urban management, environmental conservation and cost and time saving materialization and restated:" To electronic about 80% of payments in banking system is another aim considered in the fifth development program Bill".
"So going to the banks will be reduced to one fifth and according to the estimations its share in the cities traffic basket will be a very large number", he continued.
Ministry of ICT said it has been no proper place in the virtual world for Iranians in cultural area despite the glorious cultural resources and Iran's high contributions to create the civilizations and develop the countries.
He continued a main axis has been defined in the fifth development program and creating a domestic search engine is one of the related projects.
He emphasized:" IT major role of many countries gross productions proves the importance of these areas so this technology has been changed from a luxe technology to a necessity in the household baskets".
He referred to the management and providing the inquired information knowledge as the main aim to do the affairs and pointed that the role of this technology and its practical aims should be defined for the managers and national determiners.
Reza Taghipour considered the costs of IT area as an investment and said:" Therefore we tried to change this culture in both planning and offering the operation in the next period and supply the achieved operation and consequences by this area instead of the cost lists".
"The executive programs to achieve the defined aims have been determined and the government IT management workgroup has been formed as the first step", he added.
He referred to about 18 committees in different affairs that have been predicted in this workgroup so far and restated:" This workgroup leads the government determine cycle to be shorter in this area".
Ministry of ICT said:" The government has a good perspective on the remote working and it has been predicted some proposals in the fifth development program Bill in this field".
