It is estimated that about 5 percent of fifth plan rules belong to IT. It is incomparable with the last plans.
PR of the Ministry of ICT_ Abdul-Madjid Riazi, deputy of IT, said: "In the fifth plan the ministry of ICT is responsible for an independent expert work group which has been organized by the compilation High Council".
He added: "The members of this expert work group have been selected from the all executive organizations as well as the judicial power, and the parliament".
Abdul-Madjid Riazi restated that the fifth development plan in the field of IT has been prepared and codified by this expert work group after organizing about 40 meetings and approved by the cabinet.
Deputy of IT explained about the compiled rules in this plan and said: "These rules control something such as Iranian-Islamic culture in the virtual space, e-government, e-healthy, e-learning, e-business, and also local base information".
"The safety of virtual space and so many required applications for the country have been considered in the fifth development plan," he continued, "After codifying the rules, some continuous meetings have been organized with the experts of the executive organizations to prepare and codify their IT executive plan during the next five years".
He emphasized that there is hope to approve and finance these rules by the related authorities to execute them according to the predicted schedules.
Deputy of IT said: "The national IT plan is a complete plan considering to all aspects of developing and all the administrators have been defined by it completely. So in this view it is unique, also".
