Deputy of Planning & Communication said: 23 articles rendered to develop ICT in fifth development plan's Act
23articles have been defined to develop ICT in the fifth development plan's Act which has been rendered to the parliament.

PR of the Ministry of ICT_ Abd-Khezr Kermani, deputy of planning & communication said: "In the fifth development plan's Act, it has been focused on IT applications such as e-government, e-healthy, e-learning, e-working".
He added: "these articles embrace many parts such as trade, commerce, science and technology, administrative system as well as industry and mine".
Deputy of planning & communication restated that in the section of administrative system and management in the fifth development plan's Act, there is a section named IT.
In this section there are some activities due to expand e-government services and productivity increase in the field of economy, social, and culture. Some part of the activities of this network is to develop safe and stable national information network with a proper band width and offer some presentable services electronically by the administrative services, according to Kamrani's explanation.
He declared that some other parts of the mentioned Act are to develop e-government, e-commerce, offering e-services, validating e-documents, and decreasing paper documents.
"Therefore developing center of Digital Certificate Issuance and application of digital signature are some steps which must be done by the related authorities", he added.
Deputy of planning & communication continued that another goal defined in the Act is to promote and develop e-banking system as well as expansion of Iranian-Islamic culture in virtual space. Persian script and language base system has been focused in this Act, also.
