The second national festival of innovation and Islamic Revolution prosperity was held in Tehran (Mosalla) last week and thousands of inventions and innovations were exposed to the public views by our scientists and inventors.
Experts believe that supporting the scientific elites and knowledge based systems is considered as a way to exit from some problems such as job creation in different sectors.
So some of the organizations and public agencies attended in the exhibition and presented their efforts to support the elites and inventors beside them and the knowledge based systems who had been offered their scientific consequences.
Therefore Ministry of ICT by the affiliated companies and organizations has presented in the exhibition and exposed the complex efforts publicly to support the national scientific elites and knowledge based systems in ICT field as the past.
The ministry's policy to support the elites and thinkers in this field has been insisted in the exhibition so according to the presented information and statistics a numerous of elites have been supported by the ministry of ICT to do their projects in the country level as yet.
Expanding the justice and fair distribution of support budget among all of the elites and national basis knowledge systems throughout the country was one of the policies that have been attended by the authorities of the ministry of ICT in the recent years.
Therefore less than 35 percent of the budget allocated to Tehran and the rest is for the other provinces.
Enjoying the elites by the affiliated organizations is the other policies of the ministry so this exhibition provides the opportunity for the authorities to be familiar with them by presence in the exhibition that inaugurated in the name of elites and innovation.
Therefore all of the affiliated organizations and companies have presented in the exhibition and given some forms to the elites to provide a professional database and use them for implementing their policies and programs.
On the other hand, some of the telecommunication companies have participated in the exhibition and exposed a number of their innovations in telecommunication field publicly beside the supporting policies description of the ministry of ICT in this section.
According to the relevant authorities more than one thousand inventions and innovations were offered in the national festival and innovation and the revolution prosperity.
