Deputy of Marketing and Customer Affairs of MCI: Paying online    by 40% of customers
In forth period of bills, 40 percent of first operator's customers paid their bills online.

PR of the Ministry of ICT – Mohammad Mahdi Otufi said: "Online payments have increased about 7% in Samen Plan so more than 5 million and 500 thousands of first operator's customers paid online their bills".
"Therefore and by using new technologies, 5 million and 500 thousands presences reduced in bank counter as a result unnecessary trip omitted inter and between cities," he added. 
Deputy of Marketing and Customer Affairs of MCI talked about online payment ways used by customers and said: "870 thousands of them paid their bills by Internet".
He continued that 2 million and 300 thousands of customers paid by ATM, 1 million and 200 thousands of them by telephone bank and 80 thousands used SMS to pay their bills.
He pointed that the pioneer banks offered payments electronically to their customers, are sequentially Melli, Mellat, Saderat, Keshavarzi, Eghtesad Novin.
Mohammad Mahdi Otufi said that customers can send SMS to 90009 and be aware of their bill or midterm bills on their mobile phone. He expressed: "Northern Khorasan, Tehran, and Razavi Khorasan allocated respectively first to third grade in online payment".
"Cause of customers' demand enthusiastically of "30 Sib-e Sabz" and "Samen" plans, the first operator hold a new one called "Hamrah-e Fadjr" plan to its honest customers in fifth period of bills from 22 Nov. to 21 Jan.".
He emphasized that the goal is to promote the culture of on time and online payment.
Deputy of Marketing and Customer Affairs of MCI announced that 1 thousands and 111 gifts have been designated for this stage and added: "House and car buying award, as well as phone set with first operator's SIM card are some of its prizes".
He continued that in this lottery there are some important points such as on time payment, online payment and no debit in the bill.
He restated: "There is one point for each 100 thousands Rials".
Mohammad Mahdi Otufi reminded that according to the schedules Fadjr Lottery will be hold in next Ordibehesht (May).
All customers who interrupted their SIM card cause of debt if connect theirs in this period would be participated in "Hamrah-e Fadjr" plan according to Otufi's statements.
