Deputy of Legal and Parliamentary Affairs: Reducing public complaints of the ministry of ICT's complex
Public complaints of the ministry of ICT and affiliated companies and organizations have been reduced in third Round of provincial tour in compare with the past.

PR of the Ministry of ICT- Khajehpour, deputy of legal and parliamentary affairs, said: "public meetings have had new and better features in third round of provincial tour.
"Representatives of every ministry accept people in their work office in the new round tour so it has led to quick inquiry the public complaints or suggestions", he added.
He pointed that the authorities of the province will be presented in the office and the posed cases will be followed directly by them.
Khajehpour emphasized:" It seems the new method to satisfy people more than past because it prevents inappropriate traffics".
Deputy of legal and parliamentary affairs pointed to the meeting of the elites as the other new features of public meetings in third round of provincial tour and said:" Scientific elites of each company in each province, in Ph.D. level, will participate in the group shape in the staff office and present their own special plans and programs".
"The presented plans by the mentioned elites were as much as valued that have been accepted by deputy of education, research and international affairs of the ministry of ICT", he continued.
Khajehpour said that less than 10 percent of the popular questions related to the technical problems and pointed:" some of them are personnel's worries about their destination after the privatization and some ambiguities about transfer of telecommunication that will resolve by presented descriptions".
