Amir Kabir University of Technology International branch will be established in Payam Special Economic Zone and will be activated in foreign student admission.
PR of the Ministry of ICT_ Mohammad Ali Mohebbi, CEO of Payam Special Economic Zone and Payam Aviation Services Co. said:" In the last week and in a meeting with AUT's responsible, both of us were agreed to establish a branch of AUT International".
He added:" The most of its student admission will be in aerospace field and we hope it would be activated at the beginning of the next education year."
"Lunching the expert workshops and huge industrial laboratories are the other agreements between the responsible of AUT and Payam Special Economic Zone," he pointed out.
Mohammad Ali Mohebbi expressed that the required location for the university branch would be assigned by Payam Special Economic Zone under the regulations and said:" In this regard, responsible of AUT can utilize Special Zone benefits for student admission and decreasing the cost of huge industrial laboratories lunching".
By referring to some changes in Payam board of director in 10th government, he restated:" Some foreseen plans for current year have delay because of some lag and lack of suitable decisions. We hope it would be accelerated by organizing the new board of director".
