PR of the Ministry of ICT - Circulars, ratifications and regulations of ICT were gathered and studied then some of their contradictions extracted.
Ansari, Deputy of managing & development of network of ITC, said: "Criteria and ratifications which are imparted to ICT by different authorities were compared and specified the real similarities".
"Existence of several ratifications for a unique matter in some sections confuses the organizations currently", he added.
He pointed that this has been done based on ITC mission.
Deputy of managing development of network of ITC expressed: "This matter will be reported to the minister as soon as possible for determining necessary decisions due to the discretion".
Ansari about next programs of the workgroup said: "The other program of the company is recognizing the legal vacuum in ICT".
