In the lottery ceremony of Samen plan, Vahid Sadooghi said: "Mellat, Saderat and Melli banks have the most virtual payment as 80% of the paied bills are virtually paied through Mellat Bank".
He added: "North Khorasan, Tehran & Razavi Khorasan have gained respectively the first till third grade in the field of virtual payment".
"According to the most percentage of income, South Khorasan, Zanjan & Kermanshah have gained respectively the first till third grade", he expressed.
Managing director of MCI about the latest news of First operator pointed that total of BTS is 18 thousands and about 40 thousands Kms of national roads are covered by the network now.
While remarking that all cities are covered by the network he said that about 11 thousands SMS are sending in every second by the first operator's subscribers.
Vahid Sadooghi announced that this operator's subscribers are about 35 millions and expressed that 36 thousands of villages are covered by First operator's network now.
While expressing that First operator is in 11th grade through 705 operators, he stated: "Considering the growth rate in 2002, we had 104th grade, whereas in the 3 past years, we are in the world first 15 operations by efforts".
