The 12th meeting of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation of Iran and Indonesia began today (Friday) morning, and the day before the Expert meetings were held between experts and officials from both countries.
To According to the public relations center of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology from Indonesia, this morning (Friday) the twelfth meeting of the Joint Commission on Economic cooperation between the two countries was attended by Dr. Vaezi, Minister of Communications and Technology, and Darmin Nasution, the Indonesia's Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, as the head of the mentioned meeting officially opened and the two parties outlined the areas of cooperation and activities of the two countries.
Considering the start of to the Experts Meeting of the Joint Commission in the day before (Thursday) by the Ministers of the two countries, once again at the summit the outline of the joint cooperation in the field of Oil, gas, petrochemical, energy and electricity as well as the need for close cooperation in Banking and insurance and mutual interest and cooperation in the field of commercial, industrial and Trade issues and exchange of goods between the two countries were emphasized.
Doctor Vaezi also regarded this trip as an introduction of a travel of Indonesian President to our country and expressed hope that in an intimate and close atmosphere between the two countries we can cooperate to develop common goals and can promote both sides countries' economic potentials.
Based on this report, including the important issues are the preliminary agreement on the exchange of preferred tariff agreements between the two countries that can be noted that both sides continue Negotiations and exchange of documents and the list items in the specified time to be stressed.
At this meeting, four working groups specialized in the field of Finance and banking, industry and trade and investment, energy and other cooperation were formed and negotiated and the mentioned agreements, in the form of the final document ate the meeting, was signed by the ministers of the two countries.
