intelligence can be one of the most important areas of cooperation between our
countries.
Referring to the capacity to produce telecom equipment and
mobile phones in Iran, Hashemi added, “This sector is one of the ripe areas for
bilateral cooperation. The mutual capacities of Iran and Vietnam can pave the
way for the development of technological and industrial cooperation."
He also termed the activity of more than 3,000 knowledge-based
companies in Iran as an opportunity to expand economic and technological
interactions with Vietnam.
"The experience of cooperation with friendly and
regional countries has shown that interaction between private companies can
lead to effective achievements in the field of technology.”
Introducing Iran’s measures on communication equity, Hashemi stated:
So far, over 80 percent of villages with more than 20 households have been
connected to a high-quality communication network. Iran is ready to share its
experience in this field with Vietnam.

technological cooperation, and expressed the hope that Tehran and Hanoi can
develop their complementary capacities to practical cooperation in the emerging

technology can help economic development and increase the level of strategic
