“In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Honorable Professors,
Dear Researchers and Students,
Respected Guests,
I sincerely congratulate the scientific community of our country
on convention of the 34th International Conference of Electrical Engineering
(ICEE 2026). The continuation of this scientific event for more than three
decades indicates its lofty status and the achievement of valuable synergy
between universities, research centers and specialists in the fields of ICT,
electrical engineering, and modern technologies.
Without doubt, the continuation of such conferences is proof
of the high capacity of scientific youth in the production of knowledge,
development of technology and responding to the strategic needs of the youth.
The evolution of this conference from a national to an international event and
the indexing of its articles in reliable scientific databases such as IEEE and
the Islamic World Science Citation Database (ISC) show the quality of science,
the dynamics of research and the trust of the world scientific community in the
achievements of Iranian researchers.
Today, our dear youth are in a sensitive and complex
situation. The status and role of communications, science and technology in
strengthening infrastructure, increasing national resilience and preserving the
stability of vital services has become more important than ever.
The people of Iran safeguarded the country in difficult times,
especially during the war, with exemplary patience, solidarity, and patience. This
is the collective capital of the invaluable support for the scientific and
technological advances we have today.
Under such conditions, ICT and electrical engineering play a
key role in the development of sustainable infrastructure, smart networks,
digital services and improving the quality of life. This conference provides a
valuable platform for the exchange of ideas, scientific synergy and the
formation of effective cooperation between the university and the industry of the
country. It can serve as the basis for the application of research and the
solution of real problems of the country.
I trust that the scientific achievements presented at this
event will be extremely effective in the development of new technologies, the
strengthening of communication and digital infrastructures, and the development
of the scientific position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the international
arena.
Finally, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all
the organizers, professors, researchers and students who made this conference
possible with their efforts, and wish all of you the best of luck.”
