the continuity of the country's communication services during the war.
“The sustainability of services was not
limited to online communications,” he added, “An important part of in-person
services continued, relying on the capacity of the National Post Company.”
He praised the post employees as “noble,
hardworking, and unpretentious” men and women who, in the most difficult
conditions, especially the critical conditions of war, pursued the mission of
serving the people without interruption.
Modern Technology in Post
The ICT Minister also referred to the measures
to transform the National Post Company, and said: The combination of expertise,
commitment, experience and innovation has created a valuable asset in the Post
Company.
“Use of artificial intelligence in
postal sorting and exchange centers are examples of the company's leadership in
using modern technologies. The development of smart technologies paves the way
for improving the quality of postal services.”
Hashemi also referred to finalization of
the statute of the National Post Company, and appreciated the First Vice
President Aref for pursuing the matter.
"With the follow-up carried out in
the government, after many years, the permanent statute of the National Post
Company was sent to the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Parliament) for
approval."

The First Vice President praised the ICT
Ministry as one of the strategic sectors for the country's scientific
development.
“The ICT Ministry is one of the
most important infrastructure sectors in the country for scientific and
technological development. It has a significant role in the country’s achieving
scientific authority after the Ramadan War.”
"Today, the ICT Ministry is
not just a service institution, but also plays a strategic role in the
development of science and technology in the country,” stated Aref.
