His is scheduled to pay a visit to the Sintech Development
Center of the provincial Islamic Azad University, take part in the Qazvin Province
Governorate General meeting, hold a meeting with ICT businessmen, meet members of parliament, and review the province's
communication network during the one-day visit.

Supreme Leader and the Friday Prayer Leader of Qazvin Province during his third
provincial tour in the capacity of ICT minister.
He paid his first provincial visit to the holy city of
Mashhad, capital of the Razavi Khorasan Province last November, after he was
approved as the ICT minister in August 2024 by the Iranian parliament.
In January 2025, Hashemi made his second provincial trip to
inaugurate communication projects and meet local officials and people during a
three-day visit to the southwest Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad Province.
Hashemi’s program in
Qazvin includes inaugurating the communication network of the villages of Saeid
Abad, Avaj County, and Jirandeh, East Alamut District, via video conference, representing
other villages that have been connected to stable and high-speed communications
during the Ten Day Dawn Fajr events marking victory anniversary of the Islamic
Revolution in February 1979.
The minister will also inaugurate the Razi Tire Cord Company
in Takestan County among other development and infrastructure projects
including the automotive industry.
The provincial visits by government officials in Iran have
been in practice as means of opening projects and holding face-to-face meetings
with the people to hear their voices.
