The Minister of Communication and Information Technologies stated in his meeting with North Khorasan province’s ICT agencies, that: “Our task and duty is to develop infrastructures of all sectors.”
The Communication Minister, in a meeting with the ICT elite and the agencies of ICT in North Khorasan province, emphasized on communication and information technology as the enabler of all sectors, saying: “It is our duty to develop infrastructures in all sectors.”
According to Public Relations Center, Dr. Vaezi stressed on compensating for drawbacks of the past years, saying: “Infrastructures should be developed in such a way to answer the needs and requirements of the people.”
He stated content-development and offering of multiple services as the top priority of the current year, adding: “Writing applied software is also on our agenda this year, therefore, we are strengthening our relationship with universities, and science and technology parks.”
Stating that the government is not looking for being in charge of everything, he expressed that: “Apart from security-sensitive and slow-yield areas, the rest are going to be handed over to the private sector for investment.”
He emphasized that: “For each Rial invested by the public sector, the private sector should invest three to four times more.”
The ICT Minister reported of 300 Billion Rials worth of Controlled Funds Loan Facilities paid to 82 companies, saying: “It is our firm decision to provide knowledge-based companies with technical, research, and financial facilities; and I’m personally looking to facilitate the development and progress of ICT in this province based on laws and regulations.”
