In order to help facilitating ongoing projects in the field of FAVA, private organizations and cooperatives active in this sector can register in the official website of the ICT Ministry and apply for receiving controlled funds loan facilities.
These controlled funds loan facilities are awarded to all private and cooperative companies who have an active ongoing contract with state or public organizations.
Based on this invitation, the paid sum is dependent on the value of the contracts with state or public sector, which is divided into four main groups and allocated to the applicants to cover part of their required liquidity for acquisition of personnel or equipment used in the projects; the loan recipients must settle the sum with the issuing bank as soon as their contract term is over.
