 Duties: 

1.    Setting and following claims of the ministry against corporate or individuals as well as responding to discussed claims against the ministry in judiciaries all over the country, under the name of judiciary representative in different levels till the sentence issuance and receipting judgment debt of government,
2.    Doing registry and possessive affairs of the ministry and following the executive operations till reaching the result,
3.    Prosecuting offenders of official document and recognizance with appeal of executive letter issued by notary public and receipting outstanding claims,
4.    Studying and opining the national and foreign draft treaties of the ministry concluded with corporate or individuals,
5.    Giving the legal notice and guidance to the ministry"s authorities and affiliated sectors, companies, institutes, and related organizations for their legal and administrative inquiries and making unity between their views,
6.    Preparing and arranging the text of the legal bills, resolutions, and regulations required for the ministry, affiliated companies, institutes and organizations to submit to the authorities,
7.    Giving consultative and legal notice about the bills, resolutions, and regulations proposed by the other executive organizations offered to ask the opinions by the Cabinet,
8.    Studying and reflecting the conflicts between the ministry, affiliated companies, institutes, and organizations with the other executive organizations to the president deputy of law and parliament affairs according to the superior order and following them till reaching the result,
9.    Participating in the related commissions of the Cabinet and the Parliament for defending the bills and resolutions proposed by the ministry,
10.    Studying the received complaints from the parliamentary petition committee (principle 90) about post, telecommunication and the other services and answering them in corporation with the related units.
11.    Studying, reviewing and gathering the last information and codifying the regulation collection of the ministry, affiliated companies, institutes and organizations and offering the proposals to corrections or reviewing them,
12.    Preparing and offering monthly reports to the related department
